A space I created for you to pause, reconnect and remember who you are. Everything I share here has grown from my own journey through healing, loss, transformation and remembrance, alongside the practices and teachings I have gathered along the way.
There is nothing you need to prove or become here, simply arrive as you are. I believe everything you are seeking already lives within you.
 
Sometimes, you simply need someone to hold the space while you remember.

A little about me

I'm Meecha, the soul behind Soul Haven of Harrogate.

 

Soul Haven was born through my own journey of healing, love, loss and transformation, and was lovingly named by my beautiful Mum. What began as a calling has grown into a beautiful community of souls finding their own way home. My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to create spaces where you can remember who you already are. Whether you join me for a ceremony, retreat, healing experience or training, or simply follow these little messages from afar, you are welcome here.
